Ranger Liquid Pearls Outrageous is a dimensional pearlescent paint that dries permanent while retaining its characteristic shimmer and raised shape. The built-in easy-flow tip gives you excellent control for creating pearls, dots, lines, outlines and lettering directly from the bottle, while it can also be brushed onto a surface for a flatter pearlescent finish.
Outrageous is a vivid, clean orange with a warm character and bright pearl finish. It works beautifully in autumn and Halloween palettes but can look equally contemporary alongside fuchsia, turquoise or deep blue. Add a little water to create pearlescent watercolor effects and use it on paper, fabric and other surfaces suitable for acrylic paint.
