Entangled Large is a 3D Texture Fades embossing folder designed by Tim Holtz for Sizzix, featuring a dense organic pattern of swirling, intertwining vines across the entire surface. The deep 3D embossing creates multiple levels and gives the pattern a flowing, dynamic quality, while the generous 6" x 8.5" size lets you cover journal pages, panels and large backgrounds without repeating the design.

The pattern has enough detail to work beautifully as subtle texture on plain cardstock or as a much stronger surface once colour is added. Distress inks can deepen the recessed areas, while patinas or metallic accents skimmed over the raised sections help define the tangled pattern and push it toward a more vintage, grungy or dramatic finish.

👉 Features:

  • 3D Texture Fades embossing folder designed by Tim Holtz for Sizzix
  • Intricate pattern of swirls and intertwining vines with a strong sense of movement
  • Large A5 format for embossing bigger surfaces in a single pass
  • Includes 1 embossing folder
  • Compatible with machines that accommodate A5 embossing folders

📐 Size:

6" x 8.5" (15.2 x 21.6 cm)

👍 Ideal for:

Art journals, scrapbook layouts, large-format cards, mixed media, panels, backgrounds and botanical, vintage, grunge or gothic projects.

✨ Inspiration Tip:

Emboss dark green or brown cardstock and lightly skim a pale patina over only the raised areas. The intertwining vines begin to resemble an aged carved relief, while the deeper sections remain shadowed and preserve the full sense of dimension.
