    It has excellent coverage and a smooth creamy consistency. Permanent extremely durable excellent lightfastness and pigment load. Unlimited shelf life. Water resistant when cured has a matte finish. Water-based non-toxic and acid-free acrylic paint. 

    Neons are fluorescent acrylic paints made with bright, concentrated neon colors. Neons' fluorescent content make them super bright and reflective of light.
