The following shipping methods are available:
Pick-up in Store
There are no shipping charges. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready and you can pick it up at our store Gripari 139, Kallithea, during our working hours .
The minimum net value (before other charges) of an order, which can be shipped with cash on delivery, is set to 10 Euros. Below this value the order is sent only upon payment.
If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, there is an extra charge of 2.80€ per shipment. If you choose to pay by PayPal there is an extra charge of 3€ per order. If you want to pay by bank transfer (swift), please note that you are responsible for any additional charges made by the bank. It is advisable to send the payment through the same bank, as bank transfer from a different bank costs +4 euros. We have accounts at the major Greek Banks : National Bank, Alpha Bank and Piraeus Bank.
We can ship your order worldwide. Please note that the the shipping cost in your cart, is the approximate cost for your area based on the delivery address. After you place your order, we will gather your goods, weight the order and send you a quote for the actual postage fee. You can pay it either by PayPal or by credit Card.
Estimated shipping rate for small packages is :
15 euros/kgr for European destinations
17 euros/kgr for the rest of the World

Scraps n Pieces uses Hellenic Post and its trusted shipping partners to ship all parcels worldwide. Scraps n Pieces is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by Hellenic Post once the parcel has left our warehouse.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are applied once a shipment reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient before a shipment will be released. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different for each country and may change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it may cause delays outside of our control. We mark each customs invoice with the price you paid for each item and are unable to lower or modify this amount for any reason.

In case you are not satisfied with the product you ordered you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. You should be aware that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product only as a result of product management other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the product (Article 30, Dec.No. Z1- 891, Government Gazette B / 2144/2013).
Before returning the product please contact us via e-mail or phone call to let us know about your withdrawal.
Then print and send the signed cancellation notice by clicking on the EXCLUSIVE DECLARATION link (found in your order). After we review the EXCLUSIVE DECLARATION , you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with directions of how to return your item.
You are responsible for the returning product being properly packaged so as not to be damaged in any way when shipped. We would like to remind you that if the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his expense.
The return shipping costs are borne by you, the customer.
If all the above conditions are met and the returned products are received in the best possible condition, you will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product/s. Your refund will be made with the same payment method you used for paying your initial order.
If you receive a defective product or product different from what you ordered, please contact us via e-mail or call us to let us know.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for defects resulting from misuse of the product or from use other than the one indicated by the manufacturer or from accidental events such as falling items etc
The defective or wrong product should be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt. In case of lack of the originally selected product, you will be refunded the money within 14 calendar days with with the same payment method you used for paying your initial order.
For the return of the wrong product it is assumed that the product will be in its original state, complete, unopened or tampered with, and will not have the product or its packaging in any way altered (Article 10, Law 2251 / 1994).
In any case, the customer assumes responsibility for returning the wrong product to the sender in the state he has received, e.g. To return the product properly packaged so as not to be altered in any way when shipped to us.
We would like to remind you that if the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his expense.
