Pick-up in Store
There are no shipping charges. You will be notified with e-mail when your order is ready and you can pick it up at our store Gripari 139, Kallithea, during working hours which you can see here.
The minimum net value (before other charges) of an order, which can be shipped with cash on delivery, is set at 10 Euros. Below this value is sent only upon payment.
For shipping from www.scrapsnpieces.gr, cash on delivery there is a cost of 2.80 € per parcel, while with pay pal 3 € per parcel. For paying an account deposit, it is noted that any extra bank charges will be charged to the buyer. Please note that in the case of a bank transfer, the costs are +4 euros (Piraeus Bank transfer fee), in addition to your bank's debit.
We can ship your order worldwide. Please note that the the shipping cost in your cart, is the cost for local deliveries. After you place your order, we will gather your goods, weight the order and send you a quote for the actual postage fee, through your paypal account.

Scraps n Pieces uses Hellenic Post and its trusted shipping partners to ship all parcels worldwide. Scraps n Pieces is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by Hellenic Post once the parcel has left our warehouse.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are applied once a shipment reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient before a shipment will be released. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs fees and policies are different for each country and may change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required by your country, it may cause delays outside of our control. We mark each customs invoice with the price you paid for each item and are unable to lower or modify this amount for any reason.
You can track the progress of your order from your personal profile on our page, and after shipping, to the shipping company's site that is responsible for your shipment using the shipping number we send you by email. The shipping company is listed in the same message after the tracking number.

In case you are not satisfied with the product you ordered you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt. You should be aware that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product only as a result of product management other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the product (Article 30, Dec.No. Z1- 891, Government Gazette B / 2144/2013).
Before returning the product please contact us via e-mail or phone call to let us know about your withdrawal.
Then please print and send the signed cancellation notice by clicking on the EXCLUSIVE DECLARATION link. Upon receipt of the EXCLUSIVE DECLARATION from us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
The customer is responsible for the returning product being properly packaged so as not to be altered in any way when shipped. We would like to remind you that if the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender by charging him / herself.
The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the above and the returned products are received in the best possible condition, your refund will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive the goods for return. Your refund may also be made by credit of the bank account, which will be made available in time and in writing.
If you receive a defective product or product different from what you ordered, please contact us via e-mail or call us to let us know and replace it.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for defects resulting from misuse of the product or from use other than that provided by the manufacturer or from accidental events such as falling items,
The defective or wrong product should be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt. In case of lack of the originally selected product, you will be refunded the money within 14 calendar days with credit of the bank account that you will notify us in time and in writing.
For the return of the wrong product it is assumed that the product will be in its original state, complete, unopened or tampered with, and will not have the product or its packaging in any way altered (Article 10, Law 2251 / 1994).
In any case, the customer assumes responsibility for returning the wrong product to the sender in the state he has received, e.g. To return the product properly packaged so as not to be altered in any way when shipped to us.
