When a page, tag or album is frequently turned on rings, the punched hole is often the first area to show wear. The Dress My Craft Reinforcement Hole Punch lets you make your own paper reinforcers and glue them around the opening, adding another layer of paper exactly where extra strength is needed.
They can also become a decorative detail. Punch reinforcers from patterned paper, kraft, black or colored paper to coordinate them with ribbons, layouts or album pages. On tags, they can echo the color of the twine; in mini albums, they create a small repeated accent throughout the project.
This punch is designed for 90–120gsm paper and lightweight cardstock. Unlike a standard punch, the cut pieces are collected inside the top section and removed from there. After emptying the compartment, the top needs to be closed securely for the punch to operate correctly.
