It bonds paper, cardstock, newspaper, photos and fabric to surfaces such as wood, canvas and painted or unpainted materials. With acid-free, neutral pH formulation, it won’t stain or run, making it a reliable choice for scrapbooking, cardmaking, decoupage and mixed media.
