The Tim Holtz Rotary Media Trimmer, created in collaboration with Tonic Studios, is built for makers who need strength, precision and reliability in one cutting tool.
This heavy-duty rotary trimmer cuts effortlessly through a wide range of materials — from lightweight paper and cardstock to thick chipboard, vellum, and synthetic surfaces such as Yupo and acetate. Its ergonomic Kush-style handle provides comfort and control, even when cutting multiple layers or dense materials.
The cutting base features a 0.25" (0.635 cm) grid with commonly used paper sizes printed directly on the surface, while the integrated measurement system works in both inches and centimeters for accurate trimming without guesswork.
With a cutting length of 12.5" (31.75 cm) and extendable arms reaching 12" (30.5 cm), the trimmer easily supports larger sheets and mixed-media projects.
It can cut materials up to 0.05" (0.12 cm) thick and up to 350gsm / 130lb, making it ideal for cardmaking, scrapbooking, journaling and mixed-media work.
Replacement blades are available separately, ensuring long-term use and consistent performance.
