Essdee SoftCut Carving Blocks are designed to make carving comfortable while maintaining precision and durability. The SoftCut material is easy to carve with lino tools, yet strong enough to hold fine detail without tearing or crumbling.
The blocks feature a light-coloured, double-sided surface that allows you to draw directly onto the block with pencil. They are compatible with water-based and oil-based inks and can be used for hand printing or with a printing press. Easy to clean with water after use, these blocks are reusable and reliable. The 20 × 30 cm size (approx. A4) is perfect for larger compositions, detailed artwork and professional printmaking projects.
