Orders with suppliers are usually placed long before you see the products available in our store. Also, many products are limited edition and cannot be reordered.
We usually do not arrange special orders for a single customer, because minimum order quantities are often quite high and waiting times may exceed one month.

Yes. The minimum order value is €15, excluding shipping costs and cash on delivery fees.
Most orders are dispatched by us on the next business day. A small percentage may require 2–3 business days.
From that point on, delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected and your location.

You can track your order progress through your account and, after dispatch, through the courier’s website using the tracking number you will receive by email.

Before starting checkout, while you are still in the cart, you will see the “Document Type” field at the bottom left.
Select “Invoice” and then proceed with your order. In the next step, you will be asked for your invoicing details and the system will automatically issue the invoice.
⚠️ Important: If you forget to select “Invoice” before completing your order, the system cannot issue an invoice afterward.

However, if your area is served by an ELTA Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki branch, you can most likely collect the parcel from their store, provided it is open.
